How it works
From the first call to the final check
Five steps, with Gil on every one. You'll hear from him or from Anabel at each turn, in the language you choose.
- 01
Step 1: A free first talk
Call, text or write. Gil listens to what happened, asks a few questions and tells you honestly whether you have a case.
- 02
Step 2: Gil takes over the calls
Once you sign, insurers talk to him, not you. He sends the letters that keep evidence from disappearing.
- 03
Step 3: You focus on getting better
Keep your appointments and follow your doctor's plan. Gil collects the records and bills as they come in.
- 04
Step 4: The demand
When your treatment is far enough along to know the full cost, Gil sends the insurer a written demand with the proof behind every dollar.
- 05
Step 5: Settle, or go to court
Most cases settle. You decide whether an offer is enough. If it isn't, Gil files a lawsuit and keeps going.
Fees
What it costs you, and when
Nothing up front. Gil works on a contingency fee: a percentage of what's recovered, written into your agreement before any work starts, so you know the number from day one.
Case costs
A case has costs besides the fee: medical records, police reports, filing fees, sometimes an expert. Gil pays them as the case goes and is repaid from a recovery. If there's no recovery, you owe neither the fee nor the costs.
Medical bills
Gil can often ask doctors and hospitals to wait for payment until the case ends, and he'll work to bring those bills down before the money is split, so more of it reaches you.
Step one is a phone call.
Or a message, if that's easier. The first talk is free and in your language.
